At LúUNA, we want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please carefully read our policy to understand your rights regarding returns and refunds.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without needing to provide a reason.

• The cancellation period ends 30 days from the day you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.

• To exercise this right, you must notify us with a clear statement of your decision.

Refund Process

We will refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase, and no additional fees will apply for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods must be returned in their original packaging.
  

Non-Returnable Goods

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

1. Custom or personalized items made to your specifications.

2. Perishable goods or items that deteriorate quickly or have expired.

3. Goods that are unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., personal care products).

4. Items that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other products by their nature.

Right to Refuse Returns

LúUNA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. The decision will be made at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for covering the cost and assuming the risk of returning goods. Please return items to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as LúUNA cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit. We will only process refunds after receiving the goods or proof of receipt.

Gift Returns

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
